What information do you need to book a porta potty?
Booking a porta potty takes the site address, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, number of units, head count and an on-site phone number. Add the exact spot, gate codes and anything the driver should avoid. Payment is taken by card, and you get a written confirmation by text or email.
What time will the porta potty arrive?
Porta potty deliveries run between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. You get a delivery window when you book, and the driver texts or calls about 30 minutes before arriving. Exact times are not promised, which is why event units are delivered the business day before the event.
Do you need to be home for delivery?
You do not need to be home when the porta potty is delivered. Mark the spot with tape or a cone, unlock the gate or send the gate code, and tell us about dogs in the yard. The driver sends a photo of the placed unit when finished.
- Clear a path about 4 feet wide
- Move cars out of the driveway path
- Point out sprinkler heads, septic lids and buried lines
- Leave room in front of the door
How often is a porta potty cleaned?
A porta potty on a rental of 7 days or more is cleaned once a week, included in the price. Each visit pumps the tank, scrubs and disinfects, adds fresh deodorizer and restocks paper and sanitizer. Event units are cleaned before delivery and after pickup, and extra visits can be added.

How do you end a rental and stop billing?
Call or text dispatch at (562) 513-1288 when you are done. Pickup usually happens within one business day. Long-term billing stops on the day you request pickup, not the day the truck arrives. Lock the door if the site will be open, and the driver will cut or remove the lock.

Can I extend my rental?
Extensions are easy. Event rentals switch to a 28-day plan or a new event period. Long-term rentals keep running until you call for pickup. Text dispatch the new end date so service visits continue.
What if a unit is knocked over?
Call dispatch right away. Keep people away from any spill. A crew comes out to clean up, reset or swap the unit. Wind and accidents are handled case by case; damage from deliberate tipping is billed.
