What we collect
The quote form collects your delivery ZIP, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity and head count, plus the page you sent it from. Phone calls collect what you tell the dispatcher, such as the site address and contact names. Payment cards are processed by our card processor; full card numbers are not stored on this website.
How the form works
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-handling service. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver the message. A hidden field filters spam bots.
How we use it
Your details are used to quote, schedule delivery, service and pickup, send invoices, and answer questions. We may text you about your order. We do not sell or rent your information.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added, they measure page visits and phone-button taps in aggregate to improve the site.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and business records require. Quote requests that never become orders are deleted within 12 months.
