Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy

Booking and payment
Orders are confirmed when payment is received. Event rentals are paid in full at booking. Long-term rentals charge the first 28-day cycle and the one-time delivery charge at booking, then the card on file every 28 days. Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit. Approved contractor accounts may pay by invoice within 15 days.
Prices and quotes
Quotes are valid for 7 days. Event prices cover up to 3 days on site and include delivery and pickup within 15 miles of Whittier. Sales tax is added where required. No fuel surcharge, card-processing fee or removal fee is charged.
Renewal
Long-term rentals renew automatically every 28 days until the renter requests pickup. Billing stops on the date pickup is requested. There is no minimum term and no early-return fee.
Cancellation and changes
Cancel 48 hours or more before delivery for a full refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours get the rental refunded and the delivery charge kept. Same-day orders cancelled after the truck is dispatched keep the delivery and same-day charges. Date and quantity changes are free when units and trucks are available.
Delivery and access
The renter provides a level spot, a clear path about 4 feet wide, and truck access within about 25 feet for service. Gate codes and site contacts must be accurate. A return trip caused by blocked access is billed at the delivery rate. Delivery windows are estimates.
Placement and permits
The renter is responsible for permits for placement on public streets, sidewalks, parks or event sites, and for HOA or landlord approval. Units must not be moved by the renter.
Servicing
Long-term rentals include one service per week. Extra visits are billed per visit. Only human waste and toilet paper go in the tank. Charges apply for removing trash, wipes, hazardous materials or items that block the pump.
Damage and loss
Normal wear is not billed. The renter pays repair or replacement cost for damage from fire, vandalism, graffiti, theft, tipping caused by moving the unit, or misuse. Report damage to dispatch right away.
Pickup
Request pickup by phone or text. Pickups usually happen within one business day. The renter keeps the path clear until pickup.
